We’ve been in outsourcing service for more than two decades now. We were there when nobody was around, and we’re still going strong since 1998. We have had situations with clients and have continuously refined our internal operations, service quality and communication with the help of learnings of all these years. We have a very strong team bond, where we share a lot of things – good and bad. That’s what keeps us on our toes to ensure to excel at what we do – while we continuously learn from our mistakes.
We are a perfect blend of young minds and experienced veterans in the industry. With 50+ people working with TechWorldCreator for more than 8 years, our average age of the team is still below 28. This is absolutely great sign for driving great ideas backed by even greater minds. For more about us – please visit www.TechWorldCreator.com/about.
No. They don’t rely 100% on you for generic cases. Most of the time and more often than not – they’ll find out the solution by seeking advice, consulting and technical help from their peers, supervisors and experienced members within the team. However, the more the team knows about long term goals and you treat them as your own team, the better they can perform. All and every expectation shared during the early stage of engagement ensures meeting them over a period easier. Nobody likes surprises and it’s the communication at an appropriate time that can cover it up.
We believe it is our responsibility. However, something that’s within our reach or access – we can certainly chime in and help you to fix the issue even before it arises. However, in certain cases – our clients prefer to leave a few parts of the project to their own teams. In such cases, we can’t do much – except to guide you or show you the solution. To be able to “FIX” the problem itself – we need to have your permission along with the access.
Certainly. The pricing in terms of number is not a difficult. However – as you’d expect, it is not JUST about the price and quote only. The core benchmark of pricing depends on lot of factors such as composition of team, experience level required and type of engagement as well as the length of minimum commitment for the contract.
Most critically – the actual solution that needs to be developed plays a vital role here. It depends a lot on whether the solution has to be built form ground up or work is required on a system that’s already built and is live. In both cases, there are many discussions that need to happen in order to craft a perfect and transparent cost model.
Certainly. We will share our holiday calendar upon initiation process – and will also keep you informed a week in advance for any public holiday.
Absolutely. This is totally possible. We can arrange for the developer(s) to visit your country and stay there to work with your team for a period. In such cases, you have to bear the costs of Visa, travel, accommodation and per diem expenses on top of their monthly fee. This can be discussed and may vary on a case-to-case basis.
We have developers from 1 year to 8 years of core programming, project management and QA experience. Many of them also have industry specific experience in terms of driving solutions catering to a domain. Having said that, our core expertise is programming. The more domain knowledge and expectations in terms of technical requirement and solution brief you provide, the better the development quality that can be exhibited.
Yes. We recruit experienced developers who have done bachelors or masters in computer science, information technology and computer engineering. On top of that, we time and time again obtain certifications from applicable technology vendors to pass through their examination and eligibility process. We already have developers who have Magento Certification, Appcelerator Titanium Certification, Unity 3D certifications and many others at organization level.
Staying updated in the modern technology world is not a choice. We totally understand the importance of staying up to date and not only just that, ensuring to update the knowledge which is trivial in terms of communication, technology trends, version updates etc. For the same, we conduct regular internal and external training programs as well as participate in online courses, to gain knowledge.
We require that anybody in our company who wishes to leave us – they notify their immediate supervisor, delivery head and HR team at least 2 months in advance. When they resign from their job and we accept their resignation – we immediately plan to switch the resource and initiate a handover process along with knowledge transfer (KT) to the new developer. During the transition the new developer takes up the front seat while the person leaving the job have to support and ensure the new developer is in full control of what is supposed to be worked upon. Before leaving the company, the resigned developer signs EXIT NDA with TechWorldCreator, where they undersign the confidentiality and non-compete, non-sharing terms. They also handover all credentials and access and communication rights back to the relevant authorities at TechWorldCreator.
Our developers works out of our India Development Center. They work for 8 hours a day and can be available to work easily between any slot between 9:00AM to 9:00PM India Time (+5:30GMT). It is totally fine if you need a meeting in a week for discussion during your timezone. However, if you require them to work dedicatedly during your timezone only – they can certainly made available. In such cases – you have to pay a nominal additional fee to ensure they’re available during your timezone.
Once you’ve identified the type of developer to be hired, you will be presented with a few ideal candidates’ profile in form of their resume. You can decide to interview them personally and see for yourself, which candidate(s) fit in the best for your team. Once you select a candidate, the actual project on boarding process is initiated at our end. We will raise the invoice for the 1st month’s engagement. Once you make the payment, the developer will be introduced to you and on the same day – you can start working with the member of the team assigned to you. Please refer to the on boarding graphic in this presentation or contact us for more detailed info.
We have different teams called “Clusters” in place, where developers of similar skills or technology stack be supervised by a Cluster Head. The Cluster Head keeps a daily check on engagement of all team members working with him, to ensure they are fully engaged and facilitate the work. You can also ask them about an update and take their inputs during the engagement period.
To help maximize profitability, efficiency and competitive advantage, we hold monthly review meetings with our clients. We are constantly looking for new ways to help improve their operations, lower costs, increase efficiencies and resolve any problems that arise. We have a very open and forward thinking communication philosophy designed deliberately to help clients stay one-step ahead.
Honestly, there cannot be a 100% replacement on immediate bases. In case of temporary unavailability of the developer due to sickness, emergencies or planned leaves – we compensate the working hours within same week or same month. In case we can’t compensate the loss of hours due to unavailability of the resource, those hours will carry over for the next month and will be compensated in the subsequent weeks.
In case of longer absence of the developer, we will certainly replace the resource with the new one – again following the same on boarding procedure that was used to place the original developer.
Yes. However, we certainly do not consider ability to speak English as the ONLY benchmark of the development skill and intelligence. However, all of our developers are good at either writing or speaking english and can efficiently communicate. In case we have a very good developer who just cannot communicate to the extent you’d like – we will position a Project Manager level person to facilitate the communication and ensure there’s no communication loss and strategic focus.
Absolutely. We do not hide our team – and in the modern day of communication, we believe communication is the only way in which a lot of problems can be solved. We will share with you all contact info of our developers – their email address and Skype. In case of special cases, we don’t mind sharing directly phone numbers of the developers to be able to communicate with them instantly with tools like WhatsApp and Messages.
We do. We commit that all of your requests are responded within 12 hour window. Although we ensure you’re well aware of the state of your project, tasks and any sensitive situations – we understand there may be cases where you need instant response. Please note that our response does not necessarily mean a “SOLUTION” at all times. We do handle emergencies and have a very good attentiveness during weekend as well. However, we would love to avoid emergencies during weekend but at the same time, we totally stay on top of the situation in general cases.
We’re all ears in case you have something to say. We love talking about industry, insights, sharing our learnings, experiences with other clients, and similar situations that gave us new insights. Just let the developer, the project manager or the BDM is in touch with you and we are just a call away.
We are equally alert about security as you are. All of our servers are behind a very secure firewall that prevents outside intrusion. Moreover, any sort of personal storage devices and laptops and cloud storage access is prevented in all computers in our network. So your data and code are 100% secure when they reside on our servers. Additionally, we have a very well defined IT policy, that imposes stringent rules for preventing unauthorized software installation with workgroup set up, personal device provisioning and remote access prevention.
It depends on the situation. Most of the time, we work on development servers set up on our end. Once you review and approve the work, the changes are uploaded on the live server. In case you already have a DevOps set up with development and live servers, we are absolutely happy to use the same and continue working directly on your own servers.
The advantage of working with our own servers is the speed of development, quick debugging and freedom to try at server level without hindering the actual live servers.
Our payment process and schedule is extremely simple. It follows the simple principal of a Subscription model you may already be aware of.
We require the receipt of the fees of engaged resources in advance before the work begins.
When you are ready to start, you’ll pay for the 1 month advance fee for the engaged resources. For the subsequent month – we will raise the invoice on 22nd the month, so that you can ideally process the payment within 7 days (before the month ends).
This prevents you from overpayment, as well as timely reimbursement for us to keep the team engaged with your project. For the fastest payment method, we prefer direct WIRE Transfer to our US or India bank. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal or Credit Card as well. All the information of payment will be present in the invoice you’ll receive.
Very good question. The advance payment ensures we 100% commit the resource to you and not have him/her engage in any other runtime work despite any classification of the work. Having cleared the payment will ensure we can provide you continuous delivery without hindrance including the source code all the time. You’ll be in full custody of the work done so far and our written commitment to engage the resource for your work.
Additionally, it is a good practice to maintain payment-to-work association to build confidence and trust in each other for providing quality and uninterrupted services.
We will offer you refund if the developer is completely unable to provide you the work needed. If the work is satisfactory, but is not according to your standards – you’ll be charged for the efforts the developer has put in, on PRO-RATA basis. The outstanding amount will be refunded back.
For the refund to be processed, we will insist you to try an alternative developer with a proper replacement if you wish. The replacement doesn’t cost you anything. We have seen a replacement working out very well almost all the times.
In case of refund, the amount in question will be only for the current billing cycle. As we will provide streamed updates to you at all the times, any discrepancy in the expectations versus reality has to be escalated to the relevant person immediately. We won’t be able to refund for the work that’s been presented and been properly reviewed and acknowledged by you.
Before we can process any request of refund – it is fare on our part to correct the situation and be given a chance. We know you don’t pay to get a refund some day. You pay to get quality work. Therefore, we require you escalate the dissatisfaction of the work to the immediate supervisor or the relevant person as per escalation channel. If we are not able to resolve the case after 3 such iterations in a billing cycle, you’ve got a case for the refund.
In case of any dissatisfaction from the developer, we will require prior notifications for allowing us to look into the matter immediately and take necessary counter measures to improve quality and lead the project in right direction. In absence of any communication of such degree of dissatisfaction within a reasonable period, the notice period for termination as per mentioned in the contract shall apply.
Yes. We do have that option for special skills like Graphic designer, UI / UX Designer, Project Manager. Part-Time engagement enables the team member to be available for consecutive 4 hours per day on all working days in a week.
Everybody loves discount isn’t it? No problem. We can certainly consider some, in case you’re looking at hiring multiple developers.
No. Everything from cost perspective will be kept 100% transparent to you and we guarantee – there’ll be NO SURPRISES when it comes to Dedicated Teams.
No. You’ll be required to notify us as per the contractual agreement before the said period as mentioned in the contract. You cannot terminate the engagement within the first month.
It is too early to measure the effectiveness of the work, and doesn’t help measure the effectiveness of the developer. In case of shorter work cycles, we’d prefer you work with us on Fixed cost based model.
